Reports

The First Vice President reported on the homecoming parade thanked Chairman Mel Kimmel for the fine job he did.
Tailgate picnic was a great success and Pete Mason is to be congratulated on the fine job he did selling all the seat pads and buttons.
The blood drive is this week.
Senate elections on Thursday.
We hope to get Mr. Alan Miller to help with some publicity for APO.

The Second VP reported that the membership committee met twice this week in the pledge program in the directory were discussed.
Big brothers have been assigned to little brothers.
Any pledge not wearing his pledge pin is to be talked on half an hour.
The brother spotting the offense should inform the pledge in either the Pledgemaster or the second VP.
There will tentatively be a big brother little brother football game Thursday, November 11 in the afternoon.
Next membership meeting will be Tuesday, October 26 at 7 p.m. in the chapter room.

The Third Vice President reported that he gave Marge Maraten a present and that the attendees at the football game was good.

The Social Chairman reported that we have now included in all intramural sports.  There is a chance for hayride and composite picture in the index.
It will be a Fellowship meeting in the chapter room at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The Treasurer reported that the books are still being audited.

There will be a movie October 30 in Mahar Auditorium at 8 p.m. The movie is called Where the Boys Are.

New Business

The possibility of having a play instead of a concert for homecoming was discussed.

Petition by Tuskegee Institute a Teskegee, Alabama was brought before the brotherhood.  Passed by white ballot.

A letter was received from Joe Scanlon thanking us for installing Fitchburg State.

A letter was received from Harold Watts thanking us for the two free tickets to the concert.

Moved that $30 expenditure be made for the SWAP conference.  MSP.

Move: that a letter of thanks be sent to Paul Mason for the work he did over the Homecoming Weekend.  MSP.
